WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 30 days.

DOHENY BOYZ DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped from our facilities once order processing and packaging is completed; this would take usually one to two business days. DohenyBoyz.com standard shipping methods are UPS and USPS. Expected delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 business days once order is processed, unless otherwise noted. *International shipments may take between 7 to 20 business days once the order is processed. Any orders larger than 500pcs, shipping delivery time is approximately 20 to 28 days after processing.

RETURNS POLICY

Our return and exchange policy is very simple. If the item we sent you is defective when you received the shipment from us (NOT AFTER USE), you can report to us by email for the options to return, exchange, or require a refund. Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or damaged part(s) must be requested within 14 days of receiving your merchandise(s). We are subject to only one return per item. We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter. There is no return once the merchandise box has been tampered or thrown away. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receiving the item.

*** Please inspect the product upon receiving the shipment. Identify any issues and report it to us BEFORE you try to use the product. Please also check over the product for loose stones, color fading, blemishes, torn pockets or detached threading and make sure they are in proper condition before use.

Items returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, accessories and all other items intact in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted, or tampered with from its original form upon arrival. Returned merchandise must be received by us first before we will process and ship out any replacement products or refund the customer. We suggest using a reputable shipping carrier that provides proof of shipment along with tracking information. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process.

Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable; because we have paid the shipment organization to send the shipment and they will NOT refund the postage cost back to us after the delivery has been processed. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send a product back to our facility. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out replacement for free (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.

We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise to its customer and not refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.
